Gate Village 11

Project management services together with the full design and build of the critical infrastructure for a purpose-built commercial development in the heart of the Dubai Financial Centre (DIFC). The project comprises of 5 basement levels, ground service level plus 8 floors of leasable office space all supported with redundant power and cooling systems. 

The project was connected to a site wide district cooling facility for the primary cooling together with air cooled chillers and CRAC units in backup. The project was connected to HV ring main on a dedicated networks together with a central generator plant. The full security systems were designed to comply with the local police code together with the full ICT network and core switches.
